The PU suction hose / transport hose type PUR HX is the ideal choice for applications where maximum abrasion resistance, long service life and reliable performance are required. Thanks to its specially reinforced construction and excellent chemical resistance, type HX is particularly suitable for the transportation and suction of abrasive and problematic conveyed goods.

Advantages of the PU suction hose / delivery hose type PUR HX:

  • Temperature resistance: The hose has a temperature range of -40°C to +90°C, briefly up to +125°C, which makes it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
  • Flame retardant: Complies with the DIN 4102 B1 standard, making it a safe choice for applications with an increased fire risk.
  • Excellent abrasion resistance: Thanks to targeted reinforcement underneath the spiral, the hose offers exceptionally high abrasion resistance, resulting in an extended service life.
  • High vacuum and crimp pressure resistance: The hose is suitable for use in high vacuum and crimp pressure conditions and offers excellent stability under extreme loads.
  • Microbe-resistant: The hose is microbe-resistant, making it suitable for hygienically sensitive applications.
  • Antistatic properties: The hose is permanently antistatic with a surface resistance of RO < 10⁹ Ohm, measured in accordance with DIN EN ISO 8031, and meets the requirements of TRGS 727 and ATEX 2014/34 EU.
  • Halogen-free: The hose is halogen-free and therefore complies with the applicable safety regulations for environmentally friendly materials.
  • High chemical, oil and gasoline resistance: Type HX is resistant to many chemicals, oil and gasoline, making it suitable for demanding applications.
  • UV and ozone resistance: The hose is generally resistant to UV rays and ozone and is therefore also suitable for outdoor use.

Material and properties:

  • Spiral: The spiral is made of spring steel wire, which is known for its high strength and stability.
  • Wall: The hose is made of pure polyester polyurethane, which is more abrasion-resistant than comparable polyether polyurethane in accordance with DIN ISO 4649. The wall thickness between the spirals is approx. 2.0 mm.
